I agree that as a condition of consigning/selling items at KIT’S, I represent and warrant the following to be true and correct:
______(initial) I verify that I have full right and authority to sell these items and that they are authentic and genuine. I shall assume all liability, and hold KIT’S harmless, for any violation of this provision.
______(initial) I, the undersigned, understand and agree that KIT’S is not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to the items I am consigning. I understand that KIT’S is only a broker or agent for the Consignor. KIT’S has no obligation to pay for unsold items. Title possession remains with the Consignor throughout the period of sale.
______(initial) I acknowledge that KIT’S has full authority to determine the pricing of any item including any further markdowns during the period of sale, and I understand that I will earn 50% of my net sales.
______(initial) I acknowledge that the period of sale shall be approximately 6 weeks from the date of consignment, unless extended by mutual consent of the parties.

______(initial) I acknowledge that pickup of the items shall be no later than 1 week upon receipt of notice thereof (which may be made via phone, text, email or otherwise). I waive all right to all items NOT picked up during this timeframe and I acknowledge that such items shall be considered abandoned and title to such items shall transfer immediately to KIT’S without the need for further consideration or remuneration.

_____(initial) I acknowledge that this Agreement shall govern all of my consignments as of the date of execution and all future consignments. I acknowledge that there is no need or requirement to re-execute this Agreement for any future consignments of items.
